Shipping your package and delivery times
Packages are generally dispatched within 72 hours of receipt of payment. They are shipped via Colissimo International with a tracking number and delivered with signature. Packages can also be shipped via Colis International, UPS, DHL, FedEX and delivered against signature. The choice of carrier is made by us. We will choose the most appropriate solution according to your place of residence. Whatever delivery method you choose, we send you a link to track your package online. Delivery generally takes 3 to 7 days maximum for European countries and 5 to 10 days maximum for other countries.
When shipping costs are offered, they include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. However, we recommend that you combine all your items in one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately in the same package.
